Ama Mishu, Api Minium, and Abu Anna work according to their availability or strength.

Ama Mishu (on the photo) continues to manage her pineapple and rice fields, for example, while Api Minium, our eldest, works at her own pace.

The 'Abu' ladies are now even able to send money to their families, marking a significant advancement.

Akha Ma-De is a social initiative aimed at positioning Akha women at the forefront of village modernization.

This program holds a special place in my heart since it operates in the very village where I was born.

All profits generated by Akha Ma-De are reinvested in is growth.
